ORDERS

When you finish your order and make the payment, it is automatically confirmed. You will receive an automatic email that your order has been registered. 

You must wait for a new email and/or SMS with more delivery details. Your invoice will also be sent to you by email.

If the shipping period has expired and you have not received a notification with the delivery confirmation, you must contact us indicating your order number to: info@indilisbon.com

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY DEADLINES

Our shipments to mainland Portugal are made through the carrier Via Directa. To the Islands and the rest of the world via CTT. 

Delivery is expected within the following deadlines:

Mainland Portugal and Islands - 2 to 4 working days;

European Union - around 4 working days;

Rest of the World - approximately 5 working days.

*Within these deadlines, we reserve the right, in the event of a shortage of stock or period of greater affluence, to change the deadline, and the customer will be notified. 

If your shipment was made by Via Directa, you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery with confirmation. If you cannot receive your order on the day you are notified, a new delivery will be scheduled for the next business day. 

If your shipment is made via CTT and the recipient is not at the address, a postal notice will be left in your mailbox, so that you can collect it at the CTT post corresponding to your address. 

Note: The order is shipped to the address provided at checkout, which is the customer's responsibility. 

If delivery is not achieved, and the order is returned to our address, a new shipment will be charged.

PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 3.99 EUR

EUROPEAN UNION: 8 EUR
REST OF THE WORLD: 15EUR

We remind you that international orders may be subject to customs taxes, for which we are not responsible.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa), MB WAY or Multibanco Reference.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

It is possible to exchange or return a product, upon communication of the intention.

Upon receipt of the order, the intention must be communicated to the email info@indilisbon.com, indicating the order number and making it clear whether you want to exchange or return. Exchanges or returns of parts will only be accepted within a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.

After communicating the intention, you must wait for confirmation - of data and additional information - so that you can proceed with the return. The method of sending for the return must be made by registered mail.

Exchanges or returns of custom or used parts that are not in new condition or without the original packaging will not be accepted.

If you took advantage of the free shipping fee when placing your order, and you wish to return it, this fee will be deducted from the amount returned.

Please be advised that reshipping fees - for exchange or return purposes - are not guaranteed by us. 

In order for the exchange/return to be accepted, the following criteria must be met: the article must not have been used; the item must be sent in the same condition in which it was received.

The return of the value of the articles will be made within 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the same.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

The period for exercising the right of Free Resolution ends 14 days after the purchase of the part. The Resolution decision must be communicated by email to info@indilisbon.com accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, Address, Part Name and Respective date of purchase).

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center: centroarbitragemlisboa.pt .
